In the Electrical Facilities department, LAYOUT develops its activity by designing and reviewing Electricity Projects, Telecommunications (ITUR, ITED, Data Center), Energy Management Systems as well as Lift Systems for people and goods.

The entire project development is guided by concerns of reliability, safety, expansibility, easy maintenance and exploitation, providing infrastructures that guarantee the safety of several integrated services and overall good functionality.
Within this context, it prepares facilities and equipment licensing procedures, in accordance to local regulations, ensuring its monitoring with the competent authorities to obtain its approval.
